Welcome to the Yoga Section

We welcome men and women to participate in all of our yoga classes.

For people new to yoga, there is a beginners session at 8.15 am on a Tuesday morning.  We also have a Mens’ Only class on Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm.


After submitting the form you can join the classes from the next day.  You will be added in the Face book page and email group once yoga section receive your form from the Admin office.

The monthly membership charge is $8.00 per person.

Below schedules are the Yoga Classes at Panaga Club.  Kindly follow the weekly schedule for the current week classes.
