What is TRI-FIT?
TRI-FIT is part of the Indoor Sports Section of Panaga Club.
We offer a mix of group exercise classes for Endurance, Strength and Fun. Currently we offer Aerobics, Core Tone, Hybrid interval training, Pilates, Piloxing, Step, Full Body Conditioning, Strong and Zumba. Additionally we conduct Bootcamp classes outside!
Classes take place in the small and big halls off the Multi Purpose Hall, next to the Golf Course, and are on a walk in basis.
Participants sign in for each class on the attendance sheet located near the entrance of the Multi Purpose Hall.
