NOTES:

- I understand that cancellation of membership does not entitle me to any refund, in full or pro rata rebate. Cancellation of membership must be advised in writing to the Panaga Club Administration Office or Section Committee member and will take effect once received/accepted.

- Members who resign are only allowed to re-apply as full member after six months from the cancellation date otherwise temporary membership shall apply with advance charges as per period applied for.

Any persons entering the Club’s property and/or using the Club’s facilities:

- do so entirely at own risk and neither the Club nor the Club’s management, volunteers or committee members, members or any employees shall be liable in any manner whatsoever for:

— any claim or damage arising or suffered either directly or indirectly from personal injury or harm whatsoever, including death, or any damage whether direct or indirect to personal or other property whatsoever, and how so ever caused.

— shall, by doing so, be deemed to indemnify the Club against any liability for damages, how so ever caused.

  1. Dance Fees
    Charge is $35 per month. This is billed monthly to your Panaga club account. If there are two
    lessons per week, the charge is $70 per month.

Please note: There will be no classes on BSP public holidays unless informed otherwise.

  1. Queries
    We request that parents refrain from raising queries with the dance teacher during lesson time.
    This ensures that classes run to schedule and disruptions are kept to a minimum. Absences and
    queries should be directed in writing to: registrar.pdc@gmail.com.
  2. Resignation
    I understand that cancellation of membership does not entitle me to any refund, in full or pro rata
    rebate. Cancellation of membership must be advised in writing to the Panaga Club Administration Office and will take effect once received/accepted. Informing the dance teacher is not sufficient. Resignation forms are available from the Panaga Office or the Dance notice board in the MPH. NB: As per the Panaga Club Rule once a resignation from the section is processed a person cannot enter a new dance class for 6 months.
  3. Waiting Lists
    These exist for most ballet classes and Hip Hop classes. You will be informed by e-mail when a place becomes available, based on a first come first serve basis for the right spot.
  4. RAD Requirements
    Classical Ballet students are required to abide by the dress and hair codes set out by RAD at all times. To be eligible to sit for RAD ballet exams (above the primary level) students must attend the 2 classes per week allocated to their grade.
  5. The Panaga Dance Centre’s Dancewear shop is located upstairs in the MPH. All your dancewear needs are catered for. Check the PDC face book page and/or the shop door for posted opening hours.
  6. Committee Members
    The Dance Centre is run by a voluntary committee who supports the dance teachers and assists the pupils and parents as much as possible. The committee members are:
