Disposal of Club Movables (Club funded Items)

  • Requestor to raise Movables Disposal Form.  For details of registered items, please refer the Movables Register held in Finance Department.

  • Submit the Disposal Form to Finance with pictures of disposed items.

  • Finance to check & circulate Disposal Form for approval signatures.

  • Upon obtaining all approvals, Finance will send the approved copy to the Requestor who will then arrange for physical disposal. 

NOTE:
All assets are deemed to remain the property of Club until Movable Disposal Form is duly approved, i.e. no physical disposal is allowed until Disposal Form is duly approved.
