  • Focus on physical development - power, endurance and stability
  • Be prepared for a workout with functional movement
    (push ups, burpees, squats, etc)
  • Different methods of training (circuits, intervals)
  • Tuesdays
  • 11am-12noon
  • 1 hour per session
  • MPH Big Hall
  • Minimum age of 8 years old; anyone can join
  • Mixed
  • Wear proper sports attire
  • Fuel up (have something to eat) before coming!
  • Sanitize hands before and after entering the hall
  • Bring your own towel and drinking water
  • Always practice social responsibility & physical distancing
