New Panaga Club Management Team Re-Organisation
As Panaga Club is striving towards creating better management of services that we provide, we are aligning talents and capabilities to the right functions within the organization. In January 2019, the Staffing Sub-Committee of the Club, which is a smaller group from within the Management Committee, worked together to re-organise the functions that exist in the Club Management in order to enhance the kinds of services that the Club provides via the help of the Club Staff. Talents, competency, accountability and leadership were amongst the things that were heavily discussed to carefully assigned tasks to Club Staff.
Now, all heads of departments have been moved a step further up the hierarchy by awarding them Manager status. Head of Maintenance is now the Maintenance Manager, HSSE Focal Point/Head of Housekeeping/ Head of Projects is now known as the Operations Manager, Head of Admin is now Member Services Manager and Head of Finance is now the Finance Manager. These are the people whose talents, and potential to grow in their careers, are recognized based on their contribution and commitment to the Club over the past few years.
