RBYC requires all Reciprocal members to bring along with them a valid Reciprocal card to be surrendered to the security officer on duty upon entry.
Therefore, members are reminded to obtain a Reciprocal Card (valid for 3 months) before visiting Royal Brunei Yacht Club (RBYC) to avoid disappointment or inconveniences.

The Committee of the RBYC has allowed each Reciprocal Member to bring no more than six (6) guests at a time.
The Reciprocal Member is required to pre-register his/her guests by calling 2787466 / 2772011 or email to email@example.com before visiting RBYC. The guests will only be allowed to utilize the RBYC catering facilities.
All purchases of food and beverages must be settled by coupons that can be purchased at the bar. No cash payments are allowed at all for the purchases.
There is no limit visit to all Reciprocal Clubs’ members. Reciprocal members are allowed to use the swimming pool and dining at the restaurant only but no other RBYC’s facilities.
RBYC organized sailing competition is opened only to all registered and qualified sailors, which pre-registration will be required. No reciprocal members are allowed to purchase ticket for all RBYC organized events.
