The MCM has set the subscription increase at $6 and 10% for Retiree Members.  The subscriptions were last increased by 10% in 2013, 3% in 2009, 10% in 2005 and in 2002 before that.

The Club has experienced increasing operating expenses in recent years (including annual Club Staff expenses, general Club improvements and increased maintenance costs).  The increase in membership fees is part of a range of measures intended to reduce costs and increase revenues to achieve a balanced budget.

With the substantial support given by BSP to the Club together with the ongoing renovation works and projects, the MCM believes that the membership continues to represent good value for money to members.

Signing of Printout Receipts

Dear Members

You may recently notice that Serikandi Catering Staff has been requesting you to sign printout receipts after delivery of your orders.

This requirement has already been in place since the use of Point of Sale (POS) system at certain outlets but it is now strictly implemented in line with the change to Club Rules on Clause 5.15.a, where cash transaction is now allowed at certain outlets equipped with Point of Sale (POS) system and KBBC Restaurant.

This is not only for auditing and accounting purposes but also to enable members to do immediate cross check on their orders and charges to avoid future disputes.

Therefore, your kind cooperation and understanding are highly sought.

Any inconvenience caused is highly regretted.
