Panaga Music Society (PMS)

Our main function is to provide music lessons for members of Panaga Club. At present this is contracted to ‘Swan School of Music’, based in Kuala Belait, who supply teachers for piano, guitar and drums. Lessons are held in the dedicated music rooms in the Club and are very popular with all ages. Guitar pupils are required to provide their own instruments. The cost of music lessons ranges from $17 to $37 per session depending on age and ability. Most pupils take up a regular weekly slot and payment is automatically deducted from their club account on a monthly basis.

To register please print out the following Registration form and return it, completed, to the PMS tray in Panaga Club Office. PMS hosts performances by visiting artists.  We will kick off 2008 with a visit from the classical guitarist Julian Byzantine. If you have interest in helping to arrange these concerts, please let the PMS committee know.  We are always on the look out for talented, local people to perform and welcome any suggestions or offers.

Panaga Choir

The Panaga Choir will meet in the Panaga Club Main Hall on Monday January 12th from 7.30pm to 9pm (new time).

Due to preparations for the Panto, we'll meet in the Teraja Music Room on January 19th and February 2nd.   (No rehearsal on Chinese New Year Feb 26th).   Thereafter, practice will be back in the club hall.
