Culture Division

The Culture Division consists of five sections, these are:

Arts & Craft A lovely large room overlooking the car park, golf course and sea on 1st floor. We run a variety of workshops, courses and activities .
Library Located next to Admin Office. Holds a large number of both English and Dutch language books.
Natural History Society group interested in nature, local flora, fauna and its protection.
Photographic Society group of enthusiasts that run courses, field trips, exhibitions and projects that include an annual Calendar.

Health and Fitness Division

The Health and Fitness Division consists of seven sections, these are:

Tri Fit Holds Aerobics, Pilates and Line Dancing classes in the small hall off the Multi Purpose Hall.
Badminton plays in the Multi Purpose Hall.
Fitness Centre On 1st floor overlooking the swimming pool and tennis courts.
5-A-Side Indoor Football Held in Multi Purpose Hall.
Karate Kaishin Shukokai held in Panaga School hall for Children only.

KBBC (Kuala Belait Boat Club) Division

The Kuala Belait Boat Club is situated 13 km south of Panaga, on the outskirts of Kuala Belait township, on the North bank of the Belait River.

Club premises are the base for the many water sport activities, such as:

The Club also has a safe, enclosed playground for children.

The KBBC Restaurant offers a choice of Asian & European foods.

What better place to enjoy a coffee and cake over-looking the river or better still, watch the beautiful sunsets while dining in the Club Restaurant.

Performing Arts Division

The Performing Arts Division consists of five sections, these are:

Jam Factory - a venue, under the admin office, for band rehearsals which can be hired. Disco and sound equipment is available for hire for use in and away from the Club.
Panaga Dance Centre based in the Multi Purpose Hall. A variety of dance styles are taught catering for all ages, boys and girls. The students have two to three shows per year.
Panaga Music Society based in the Main Hall. There is weekly choir practice with two performances per year. Concerts by international artists are also arranged. Music lessons are available.
Social Dance Section based in the Pelangi room. Ballroom dancing plus more. Practice sessions every Friday evening.
The Amateur Dramatics Society based in the Main Hall. Two major productions per year with a couple of other events, usually comedies with wide appeal. Costume and props hire service available plus technical training courses.

Social Division

The Social Division consists of eight sections, these are:

Bridge section play in the Teratai Restaurant.
Dutch Committee organise events including Dutch Night, Kinderfeest and Sinterklaas.
Jungle House used for Parents and Toddlers/Youth Club/Yoga.
Parents and Toddlers meet 4 times a week in the Jungle House.
Nigerian Committee organise social and cultural events
Scottish Committee organise events including Highland Games, St. Andrews ball, Burns Night, Ceilidh's & Quiz nights
T.W.O. To Welcome Others - Organise monthly meetings to bring everyone together.
Santa's Grotto organise every year before winter holiday.
Youth Club meet at the Jungle House on Friday evenings.
