Circuit Training and Beginners’ Tri Fit

Beginner’s aerobics is a low impact, high repetition class designed to take the novice through the basic moves required to move on to more demanding classes.

Circuit training sessions on Thursday evenings take place for most of the year.

The evening sessions allow those otherwise at work during the day to obtain a workout, which remains the same from one week to the next. Weights are used to personal preference and co-ordination is not specifically a requirement. The Sessions attract both sexes.
