General Notices
In order to help us keep the Club a safe and friendly place, please abide by the following rules: Admission to the club can be rightfully refused if membership cards cannot be shown on request – bring your card. Children under 14 years are not allowed on Club premises without adult supervision at any time and must be supervised at all times while in the swimming pool complex.
Club members are reminded that roller blades, skateboards andbicycles are not to be brought into or used in and around the Club building for reasons of safety for all members.Please do not permit your children to use this equipment in the Club We would like remind members to treat all fire alarm siren seriously whether the alarm is genuine or false and to immediately leave the club building through the nearest and safest emergency exit door and proceed to the respective assembly points (Re. Clubs notice board for details) without being told to do so be the wardens.
Members are to wait at the assembly points until the general alarm is switched off and instructions are given by the Chief Warden/Deputy Chief Warden or their designate that it is safe to return to the club building. Lightning Strike Warning - Should there be a lightning strike in the vicinity of 10km, siren will activate automatically – a long blast. Members participating in all outdoor activities are advised to take shelter until another three short blasts are sounded to indicate an “All Clear” situation.
Complaints/Suggestion
Members are reminded that all complaints / suggestions regarding the Club facilities should be sent in the first instance to Nor Yap at Panaga Club Administration Office Tel: 2930 or email address: nor.yap@panagaclub.com. Nor will then contact the appropriate department within Panaga Club to action the items raised. Your co-operation is welcomed to ensure efficient communication within Panaga Club Administration.
